Create an Advisor

Nelson, the HR Director at WorkingNet Networking, Inc., a global manufacturer of data networking equipment, would like to see a complete view of active workers for a given role, before approving a new work order for a position.

As the SAP Fieldglass administrator for WorkingNet, you decide to create an Advisor so that when Nelson views a Work Order he can review a headcount report before approving. You plan the following for the Advisor:

  • Identify the data you want to see in the Advisor view.
  • Determine if an existing report in the Analytics module meets requirements and if not, create a report.
  • Who should see each of the individual Advisors?
  • Identify useful data within the workflow.
  • Define Advisor details, making sure the report selected makes sense for the document selected and where it should display.
  • Keep it simple for maximum impact.
