Accessing Past and Archived Data

Access Past Data

You can access data from past time intervals using the Past Data functionality.

The Past Data functionality automatically moves documents that have aged out of general list views and into Past Data list views in order to declutter general list views and maintain organization. Note that you lose visibility into aged documents unless you view them in the corresponding Past Data list view.

1To access past data, select Past and Archive Data from the Past Data section of the admin menu.

Past Data Selection Page

3To access the appropriate module, select the View field dropdown menu…
4…and select an appropriate module from the list.

Past Data List Page

5On the Past Data page for the selected module, enter the desired time Period in the past, along with any other information you would like to filter by,
6and select Apply Filters.
7Any data within those parameters will appear in the list.

Viewing Past Data from a List Page

8Alternatively, you can access Past Data directly from a list view—such as a Job Posting List page—by selecting the View More Items menu and choosing View Past Data or Archived Data.

Access Archived Data

Any data that has been closed for over three years is considered archived. To review this data, you would select one of the modules listed on the page.

Then, as with past data, you would enter a desired period and select the Apply Filters button to view the list of data within the selected parameters.

Summary

The aim of the Past and Archived Data functionality is to keep general list views organized by automatically moving older documents to Past Data views.
