Exploring a Subscription Activity

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to navigate the Subscription Activity admin object and explain what it represents in SAP Fieldglass.

Subscription Activity

Subscriptions are the SAP Fieldglass service that triggers data transfer on a predefined schedule. The Subscription Activity page allows you to view recent integration subscription actions and troubleshoot subscription errors.

Navigating the Subscription Activity Admin Object

1To view the activity of subscriptions within the tenant, select Subscription Activity from the Integration section of the admin menu.

Subscription Activity Details Page

The subscription sends or retrieves an integration connector’s file to or from a specified location—such as WorkingNet’s servers—and notifies the receiving system that the integration data is available.

2The top portion of the details section indicates the transaction ID and some details about the upload/download connector and the integration process.
3To view details about the connector upload/download, select a record from the list.
4The details about the success of the upload/download for the selected record appear at the bottom of the records list.
5You can also retrieve the Transaction ID in Subscription Activity.
6If a subscription fails, a record of this appears in Subscription Activity.
