Subscriptions are the SAP Fieldglass service that triggers data transfer on a predefined schedule. The Subscription Activity page allows you to view recent integration subscription actions and troubleshoot subscription errors.
1 | To view the activity of subscriptions within the tenant, select Subscription Activity from the Integration section of the admin menu. |
The subscription sends or retrieves an integration connector’s file to or from a specified location—such as WorkingNet’s servers—and notifies the receiving system that the integration data is available.
2 | The top portion of the details section indicates the transaction ID and some details about the upload/download connector and the integration process. |
3 | To view details about the connector upload/download, select a record from the list. |
4 | The details about the success of the upload/download for the selected record appear at the bottom of the records list. |
5 | You can also retrieve the Transaction ID in Subscription Activity. |
6 | If a subscription fails, a record of this appears in Subscription Activity. |
