The Report Fields List is where you can find the master list of all reportable fields and data elements available within SAP Fieldglass, which can be used in report creation. Referencing the Report Fields list is incredibly helpful when building custom reporting, as it allows you to search through and find a particular field.

the report fields list page, showing the list of report fields and including the columns indicating whether the field is new, the module it’s from, the category it represents, the name of the field, a description of the field, whether it includes a summary, when it was last updated, and the value type
1The Module is the specific module or functional area within the SAP Fieldglass application to which the report field belongs, like Job Posting or Work Order.
2The Category is one step more specific than the module, which is based on the field’s purpose or function. For example, Base Data and Custom Field are categories within the Job Posting module.
3The Date Field Name refers to the actual name assigned to the specific data field within the system, like Adjustment Group or Buyer Reference.
4The Description provides a brief explanation or summary of the field that is being reported.
5The Value Type specifies the format or type of data the field returns in a report, such as text, number, or date/time.

For example, if you were planning to build a Job Posting report and wanted to include a field to show the number of job seekers that have been submitted to each one but couldn’t find a field called 'number of job seekers', you could search the Report Fields List to look up what that particular field is in SAP Fieldglass.

By searching for the keywords ‘job seeker’ in the Description search, you discover the actual field name you need to use in your report is ‘# Responses’.
