When enabled in the company configuration, certain job postings may include job questions to help hiring managers gauge whether job candidates conform to certain requirements. But job questions cannot be added directly to job posting templates; they must first be grouped into Job Question Checklists, which are then added to templates.
These checklists allow for the job qualification questions to be grouped and easily shared among Job Posting Templates.
Job Question Checklists are only available when the Recruiter Toolbox for Direct Hire and Temp type of Job Posting/Position are selected on the Company Configuration.
