The problem Airbus is looking to solve with the SAP Concur is basically to streamline our entire end-to-end travel and expense solution. What is exciting about Airbus is this innovative mindset that basically brings you wherever you think there are limits. In fact, Airbus has no limits in terms of innovation. We are top of the line in aerospace. We need to rely on top of the line business optimization, consultancy, and so on and so forth. The power of the system, what SAP Concur is capable of delivering for the company and for the users was exactly what we were looking for. The SAP suite offers us the best and the most compliant solution in the market. Currently, we are processing around 25,000 expense reports a year and about 3,500 frequent travelers. When we started off without the automation in place, it was taking a couple of weeks, sometimes a month for an employee to get reimbursed for the expense report. You needed to collect all your receipts, your invoices, you needed to put them in an envelope. It was a pretty manual and labor-intensive process. After implementing our full end-to-end travel and expense solution, our entire process becomes so efficient that our employees get reimbursed in three days. TripLink has helped us a lot to track the invisible spend. With TripLink comes TripIt Pro that helps the end users to be more aware of what is happening in terms of the travel in a more dynamic way. SAP Concur is in fact the major component of our end-to-end travel and expense solution, allowing us basically to focus on innovation, to focus on compliance, and to focus on user experience. And it is not possible basically to make it happen without SAP Concur.

Petronas is a dynamic global energy group that has been existent for the last 50 years and Petronas is celebrating 50 years anniversary this year. The old solutions that we had is still SAP TVM. The thing is we had too much spend on customizations for the solutions and it had ended life at that point of time. For any digital product, aside from value creation, customer satisfaction is a free priority. It's a challenge to us because it's a change to all users moving from TVM to SAP Concur. Petronas decided to move to SAP Concur solutions when, existingly, it is our end of life of our SAP TVM travel solutions. follow suits from there where Petronas backbone is using SAP. Hence, we need to find a solution that is part of the whole SAP solution. Based on the assessments and the review that we had, this SAP Concur solution is the most end-to-end solutions that can manage our business travel and expense from request until travel as well as up to recovery. to the beauty of SAP Concur in having cost transparency features in terms of when a user selects their flight tickets, accommodation, their mail allowances on all other allowances, it makes it transparent on the user during their travel creation. Based on our assessment and monitoring, since 2022 when we fully started using SAP Concur, We have kind of achieved 20% achievement of improving in cost to our base cost of the travel and expense. The journey with SAP Concur is not about scaling up. It's also to partner with SAP Concur to see how they can bring new technology or future-proof technology to Petronas. Petronas is looking at how to leverage on AI, generative AI, how can we reduce manual intervention, manual monitoring, manual process. This is how I foresee where SAP Concur is able to bring more values to finance at Petronas as well as at Petronas at large.
