    Customers can reimburse their employees for the costs of charging their vehicles at home. The charging costs are calculated in SAP E-Mobility. After that, an expense item including the e-receipt with charging costs is created in Concur Expense.

  • Prerequisites

    To be able to reimburse employees' charging costs, customers must establish a connection to SAP Concur, define their reimbursement rates, and maintain their employees' entitlements.

  • Reimbursement

    After the customer has connected SAP E-Mobility to SAP Concur, their employees can charge their vehicles at home. SAP E-Mobility calculates the costs based on the price per kWh the customer entered. The amount is then sent to SAP Concur as an expense item with an associated e-receipt. After submitting the expense, employees will be reimbursed.
