In the intelligent selling services framework, you must integrate each SAP Commerce Cloud virtual store with its own site.
Ensure that you pair each virtual store in the SAP Commerce Cloud portfolio with a dedicated site that you configure in intelligent selling services. This pairing is essential. Each site generates an exclusive ecosystem consisting of a product catalog, product recommendations (such as product mixes or strategies), merchandising configurations, and detailed reports.

This singular ecosystem enables each virtual store to seamlessly serve its unique audience and strengthen its business drivers. It also enables you to independently tune each virtual store's key performance indicators (KPIs), more precisely and effectively influencing its performance.
Intelligent selling services also offer versatility, enabling you to establish multiple sites in a single tenant. You can customize your services according to the needs of your multiple shops and different product categories.

Let’s improve our understanding with the example in the figure. You manage two shops, each with its own unique range of products. You want to prevent the products from shop A appearing in the recommendation banner on shop B. What do you do?
You can simply configure two different sites—one for shop A and one for shop B in intelligent selling services.
Now, a customer agrees to the collection and processing of their data on shop A. If you want to ensure that these settings don't automatically apply to shop B, the solution must remain the same: set up separate sites for each shop.
