Rush orders are typically used during the delivery season to sell free available stock.
Wholesale customers use this order type to quickly replenish stock.
Typical service level offerings could be "order before 3 pm and receive the delivery the next day". Special surcharges may apply.
Immediate supply assignment is activated with the corresponding check-box in: IMG → Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP) → Supply Assignment (ARun) → Cross Applications → Sales Document Handling → Assign Sales Document Rules to Order Types.
