  • In the informational use case, Joule can search available documentation and its own knowledge base to find the answer to your query and provides a summary along with the top three search results. For example, when you want to check your organization's HR policies, you can use Joule to retrieve the relevant documents. Joule retrieves and identifies the source document
  • In the transactional use cases, Joule not only provides general HR information about yourself and your colleagues, but also help complete common tasks on the chat interface. For example, when a manager says "Update cost center information for Marcus Hoff", Joule utilizes the Employee Central Quick Action templates to execute the change.Enter prompt in Joule in natural language.
  • In the navigational use cases, Joule can direct you to SAP SuccessFactors pages where you can find the information you need or get the job done. For example, if you want to view your timesheet.
