Simply ask a question or frame an issue to receive intelligent answers drawn from the wealth of business data across the SAP portfolio and third-party sources, retaining context.
Joule offers conversational interactions between humans and computers to simplify access to information and automate business processes. Joule supports three conversational patterns in SAP SuccessFactors.
- In the informational use case, Joule can search available documentation and its own knowledge base to find the answer to your query and provides a summary along with the top three search results. For example, when you want to check your organization's HR policies, you can use Joule to retrieve the relevant documents.
- In the transactional use cases, Joule not only provides general HR information about yourself and your colleagues, but also help complete common tasks on the chat interface. For example, when a manager says "Update cost center information for Marcus Hoff", Joule utilizes the Employee Central Quick Action templates to execute the change.
- In the navigational use cases, Joule can direct you to SAP SuccessFactors pages where you can find the information you need or get the job done. For example, if you want to view your timesheet.
