Within SAP LeanIX, you can drill down from a specific business capability to determine which solutions can best deliver this capability.</p><p tabindex="0">Next, the focus shifts to processes. This is where SAP Signavio plays a crucial role. It helps you understand the current processes running in your system, whether they are documented or uncovered through a plug-and-play approach for gaining insights into existing processes. For standard processes, you can leverage SAP's best practices to stay as close to standard as possible, minimizing your total cost of ownership. For more unique, differentiating processes, you tailor your own.</p><p tabindex="0">Once requirements are identified and approved, they move into the implementation or realization phase. Here, SAP Cloud ALM takes over, managing customization, development, and deployment. After development and configuration, testing is essential. Initial manual testing can be executed directly in SAP Cloud ALM, while Tricentis facilitates automated regression testing later on.</p><p tabindex="0">Training is also a critical step, enabled through SAP Enable Now, and in the future, WalkMe will also play a role. Once your team is trained on the new processes, you can go live. Post-launch, it's crucial to ensure smooth operation of your solution, marking the completion of the first implementation cycle.</p><p tabindex="0">However, the process doesn't end there. Continuous improvement is key; you re-enter the process analysis phase to identify potential enhancements. Decisions on changes lead to a new implementation cycle, culminating in another go-live, this time with the improved process version. Activating Accelerator powered by SAP Signavio

Welcome, and thanks for watching this short guided tour video. The Activate Accelerator is meant to articulate the value of SAP Signavio in the context of a transformation to SAP S4 HANA. This content can be used to evangelize, demonstrate, run workshops, and even accelerate the SAP Signavio implementation. This video aims at presenting the numerous ways to consume this integrated content. The main landing page offers several options to engage. As a first step, we can choose between the type of motion, a new implementation, or a system conversion. Let's drill down into new implementation and identify the six phases of the Activate methodology. These three levels of decomposition are connected through a hierarchy link. This allows a direct navigation from the ID card to access the underlying objects. Let's pick the Explorer phase as an example. We can identify two distinct level 2 activities. The first one is composed by two Level 3 activities, namely, Execute-to-be-process workshop and Document-to-be-process design and related business requirements. If we focus on the first activity, we observe two business capabilities. We could translate the navigation by, What does it take to perform? Execute-to-be-process workshop. In our case, it requires commenting and collaboration as well as process modeling. One key objective of this Activate Accelerator remains to turn concepts into reality. To make this content tangible and actionable, the business capabilities are directly associated to solution capabilities. The solution capabilities represent real product features that serve a specific objective in a particular current text. In our example, by clicking on Process Modeling, SPM, we can consume associated demo resources. You can find click-through demonstrations and videos. Please note that the click-through demonstrations run on SAP Enable now, so no prerequisites or specific product knowledge to execute them. Simply click on Start to trigger the demo and move forward by clicking whether on the Play button on the right arrow or via your keyboard, thanks to the top-down arrows. The demo will close automatically at the end, but if you don't want to wait until the end, you can exit thanks to the cross or simply by closing the browser tab. In case you need to focus on a specific activate phase, the plus sign enables a drill down into a specific scope where the phase, the activities, business capabilities, and solution capabilities do cohabit on the same view. If you need to access the previous phase, no stress. Simply use the top left arrows to navigate to the previous or to the next phase. To come back to the overview, use the top arrow. On another note, shortcuts are available from the landing page. This means that you can access directly to a particular phase of a transformation motion, namely the prepare phase for a system conversion. When a gap exists between the new implementation and the system conversion, the associated activities are highlighted to isolate the difference. As you may have noticed, all the manipulated objects are dictionary entries. In other words, the same object can easily be reused in various contexts. This brings many benefits like exposing the solution capabilities through several consumption dimensions. Concretely, the Solution Capabilities button takes you to an escape view that displays key capabilities by product. Let's look at SAP Process Insights and select Value Analysis to access the associated demo resources. Let's move on to another way to showcase the core capabilities. enter into a new view by clicking on the SAP SIGnavio button. Pick a product and automatically get the list. Let's do the test with process intelligence and the conformance check. As you can see, we still land on the solution capabilities, but coming from a different angle. We certainly understand that there is a myriad of ways to present and demo the SAP SIGnavio products.
