The work center load report allows you to analyze the current capacity situation very flexibly. To be able to evaluate typical and special capacity situations more quickly and effectively, further evaluation reports are available.

In the work center load report, you can interactively adjust many settings for the display of data. Even the overall profile and the individual subprofiles can be changed during the evaluation. To be able to make suitable settings more quickly and effectively, you can use further evaluation reports. They differ in the assigned standard profiles, which are preconfigured for typical practical requirements.
Pool Report

In the pool report, only released production orders are displayed. This is preset via the assigned selection profile. Furthermore, the detailed capacity list is preset as the standard list via the list profile and the period split Day via the options profile.
Orders Report

For the orders report, the detailed capacity list is preset as the standard list via the list profile and the period split Week via the options profile.
Overload Report

In the overload report, only periods with a load greater than 100% are displayed. This is preset via a minimum load of 101% in the options profile. The minimum and maximum load can also be adjusted interactively in the evaluation reports.
Operations in the Backlog

Delays in the production process can cause operations in the backlog.
Backlog Report

In the backlog report, only operations with start dates in the past are displayed. The evaluation period for displaying these operations is yesterday. The capacity requirements of the operations are cumulated to yesterday's date. The figure shows the corresponding settings in the options profile.
Extended Evaluation Reports: Overview

In addition to the evaluation reports described above, you can also use the extended evaluation reports listed in the figure.
With the extended evaluation reports, you can also evaluate individual capacities and carry out evaluations within the SAP S/4HANA Project System. Furthermore, you can evaluate SOP requirements and actual capacity requirements.
In contrast to the evaluation reports discussed above, however, in the extended evaluation you do not have the option of interactively changing the profile settings for displaying the data. There is also no variable overview available.

The figure, Extended Evaluation Reports: Profiles, shows the profiles for the extended evaluation reports. Compared to the evaluation reports discussed above, the extended evaluation does not allow you to change the profiles interactively during the evaluation.

As an example of an extended evaluation report, the figure, Extended Evaluation Reports: Work Center View, shows the evaluation of a work center capacity in the standard overview.
