SAP Emarsys also offers Tactics. These are ready-made programs you can tailor to your needs.​

The key to an omnichannel approach is Automation, which connects various channels seamlessly. ​

This lesson provides a simple example to help you understand the broad possibilities of SAP Emarsys's omnichannel capabilities.​

  3. Review the program details and create the Tactic.
  4.
