Showcasing Out-of-the-Box Integrations in SAP Omnichannel Promotion Pricing

Integration with SAP Customer Activity Repository (SAP CAR) and SAP Omnichannel Promotion Pricing Private Cloud Edition

Integration with SAP CAR and SAP Omnichannel Promotion Pricing Private Cloud Edition

The first integration is with SAP CAR and SAP Omnichannel Promotion Pricing Private Cloud Edition. With this integration, the prices and promotions stored in SAP CAR can be uploaded directly to the SAP Omnichannel Promotion Pricing's cloud repository. You don't need any custom development.

SAP Omnichannel Promotion Pricing: The diagram is divided into two main sections. The top section depicts SAP Omnichannel Promotion Pricing. SAP BTP includes components like Promotional Price Calculation, Promotion Repository, Price Repository, and Promotion UI, all enclosed in an orange box. Below this is a screenshot of the Promotion UI interface. The bottom section, labeled CAR (Customer Activity Repository), shows that SAP Central Price and Promotion Repository Offers a Mapping to Association for Retail Technology Standards (ARTS) like format from the Base Sales Prices and Offers (DDF). Arrows indicate data exchange with SAP BTP, and the connection to SAP ERP/SAP S/4 and other systems is indicated. Managing promotional offers is possible via API Call.

Integration with SAP Commerce Cloud

The second integration is with SAP Commerce Cloud. With this integration, SAP Commerce Cloud CCv2 can directly call the SAP Omnichannel Promotion Pricing's Calculation service. It can then calculate the promotion price and get the final price for its cart/product page/product list and so on.

Integration with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition

The third integration is with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition. With this integration, SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition Sales Order can directly call the Calculation service for SAP Omnichannel Promotion Pricing and calculate the promotion price for its order. This integration is available under the SAP Omnichannel Sales Promotion feature of SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition. As part of this integration, SAP Omnichannel Promotion Pricing acts as the promotion maintenance and repository solution.

Integration Ability of SAP Omnichannel Promotion Pricing

The fourth integration is the ability of SAP Omnichannel Promotion Pricing to be connected with any other SAP or non-SAP solutions. APIs are available, through which external solutions can upload regular prices and promotions to SAP Omnichannel Promotion Pricing's cloud repository, and call the calculation service to calculate the promotion price. There is also the possibility of accessing the data stored in the cloud repository through external solutions.
