Communicating with SAP Team One

Information Sharing in SAP Team One

After describing how a coach can create, distribute, and provide training information and details to other persons in the club and team, the focus is now on the recipients of the training information. Here we will describe how staff members and players receive information in SAP Team One to promote the achievement of season targets.

This is where you switch from SAP Sports One to SAP Team One. With SAP Team One for iOS and Android, you have the ability to share information with all club members and external persons, anytime around the world, to keep them up to date at all times. The mobile app is based on the concept of rooms in which team members are grouped and which support both group conversations and private chats between individual team members. SAP Team One is particularly important in training management because it is the players' central point of contact with SAP Sports One.

A conversation between the coach and a player in SAP Team One could look something like this.

In SAP Team One, the recipients, in this case the players, can access the coaches' documents or information packages directly via the mobile app. This makes it possible to prepare for the upcoming training session and the running of the session in an uncomplicated way. Other information, such as preparations for upcoming matches, can also be sent via SAP Team One.

The overview of the created training information export is displayed in SAP Team One.

Training Session Questionnaires in SAP Team One

In addition to accessing conversations and information packages via SAP Team One, players with an existing user can access questionnaires. Questionnaires play an important role, for example, the morning daily checkup questionnaire and the micro planning questionnaires before or after a training session. These questionnaires can be answered directly via SAP Team One. The corresponding questionnaires are displayed in the conversation as follows.

Once you click on the questionnaire received in the conversation, you are redirected to your mobile browser. This will open the questionnaire where the players and staff members can answer the corresponding questions. As soon as the questionnaire participant sends the response, the survey results are stored in the SAP Sports One system and further analyses can be carried out.

Overview of Upcoming Events in SAP Team One

In addition to the value of SAP Team One brings in terms of facilitating conversations and data exchange, the mobile app also is a way to give players an overview about upcoming events. With SAP Team One, the player is able to see all the events to which they have been assigned in a compressed and clearly arranged way, on the event tab. The filter option can be used to set which events are to be displayed, such as training phases, training sessions, or matches.

If the player interacts with an entry in the event calendar, additional training information is displayed. Here, for example, individual workout data can also be uploaded via SAP Team One.
