Creation of PDF File of Training Session

As mentioned earlier, communication plays a crucial role in the process of training management. It is of great importance to make essential information for the implementation of trainings available to all persons involved before the start of the training session. For this purpose, these information can be made available to the players in the form of a PDF export in SAP Sports One immediately after the training has been created in the Training Planner.

To create a PDF export for the training session, in the Training Planner, choose Save as PDF. You will then be redirected to the export interface where you can choose between a compact and an extended view. For the export, you can decide individually which training details should be exported and how they should be arranged in the PDF file. You are also able to see a preview of current status of the export on the left-hand side.

The individual customizing allows you to only send information and training details to the players that are relevant for them and that they should receive in advance of a training session. Of course, you can also use the export for the final training documentation, which is useful after a training session.

Document Sharing with Team Members

After you have customized your individual export, you can save the PDF file to the local disk. In the next step, it is important to share the training information and details with the players or other staff members within your club.

To share documents with other persons, choose the speech bubbles in the top right. On the communications tab, you will see an overview of all previous conversations. To start a new conversation with a communication room or a contact person, choose the button in the top right. To send the created PDF file as an attachment, choose Add attachment option. You can either select the attachment via the club media stored in the system or upload it directly from your local disk.

When you send a document or a message, the conversation might look something like this.
