As already explained in various parts of this unit, one of the main components of micro planning is the individual focus on the performance of the players. This individuality is accompanied by the area of individual training. Individual training can depict, for example, individual running or strength training. It also covers all measures that are important for load management. This includes activities such as rehabilitation training after an injury or illness.
In connection with this, individual training also includes athletic exercises that are required, for example, for strength training in the weight room. Here it is important to know what the performance values of a player are and how much weight a player can move during a given exercise. The one repetition maximum (1RM) is the maximum weight a person can move for only one repetition before they are exhausted and cannot perform any more correct repetitions. This 1RM can be displayed in the player profile for each athletic exercise in SAP Sports One.
Note
How to create an athletic exercise in SAP Sports One is covered in the Agreeing on Targets at Season Start unit. If you do not know how to do this, please refer to this unit.Note
To be able to manage the 1RM of a player, you need the role of administrator or coach and the corresponding permission for the person group on Persons/Team. An overview of all SAP Sports One user roles is available on the SAP Help Portal (User Roles | SAP Help Portal).
After navigating to the exercise catalog in the player profile, you can see the exercise folders created before. When you select a specific athletic exercise, you can manage the 1RM of the player in edit mode.
