Basic Monitoring & Operations​

Overview of Monitoring Apps available in SAP Cell and Gene Therapy Orchestration

In the System Administration section, two apps are available that will support with monitoring and operations of SAP Cell and Gene Therapy Orchestration and the orchestration of treatment orders. These are:

  • View Change Logs
  • Monitor Business Events

Overview of "View Change Logs" in SAP Cell and Gene Therapy Orchestration

The first app we will look at is the View Change Logs applications. Here, you can use filters to find all change logs with their respective information in the system.

Overview of "Monitor Business Events" in SAP Cell and Gene Therapy Orchestration

The second monitoring application is the Monitor Business Events applications. Here, you can use filter to find all business events with their respective information in the system. You can also immediately see what the current status is and if there was an error, the associated error code. Using the action button, you can review the associated payload and re-trigger the event if necessary, for example in the case that the system that was supposed to receive this event was not available during the initial transmission).

Some events have a status of Completed in green, while others show Error in red. The table includes timestamps for when each event was created.
