SAP Business AI provides reliable, accurate, and secure generative AI that is grounded in customers' business data. For that, we established an AI foundation, as part of SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) that combines generative AI technology with business data and context to infuse AI into our products and enable customers and partners to create AI-powered extensions and applications. 

Our business AI is embedded across the portfolio in an relevant, reliable and responsible way. Joule SAP's AI co-pilot is integrated across products and functional areas including Cloud ERP, supply chain management, human capital management, customer relationship management, and the Business Technology Platform. The AI Foundation features built into SAP BTP allow for customer agents and extensions. SAP's AI Features are built on a core suite of technology partnerships with companies such as Aleph Alpha, Anthropic, AWS, Cohere, Databricks, Google Cloud, IBM, Microsoft, and Nvidia.

The AI foundation, integrated within the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), serves as the means through which we incorporate AI capabilities into our products. It also empowers our customers and partners to develop AI-driven extensions and applications.
