The cloud solution consists of different screen types and areas, sometimes called floorplans. Knowing their names is crucial for working with the user interface designer (UI Designer). Overview of Screen Types

Work Centers and Work Center Views
- The navigation bar consists of Work Centers (WC/WoC).
- Each work center contains one or multiple Work Center Views (WCV/WoCView).
Object Worklist
The Object Worklist (OWL) provides a tabular overview of all instances of the respective object. It provides the possibility to search and filter the result list.
Quick Create
The Quick Create (QC) is used to enter key data when creating a new object.
Thing Inspector
The Thing Inspector (TI) shows all details of an object instance. The screen is divided into two areas:
- The header area contains the header fields of the business object. It can be expanded and collapsed.
- The details section contains data with a more complex structure, like tables. They are split across different tabs. Usually an Overview tab summarizes crucial information from the other tabs.
Quick View
The Quick View (QV) is a slide-in window that allows users to edit or view important data at a glance without navigating away from the currently displayed UI.
Object Value Selector
The Object Value Selector (OVS) is a lookup dialog that allows users to search for and select an instance of a related object. Similar to OWL, it provides filter and search options to restrict the result list.
Embedded Component
The Embedded Component (EC) is a partial screen that can be embedded into another screen and provide its features there for reusing them. You can create your own ECs or make use of existing SAP ECs. The most prominent examples might be Attachments and Notes.
