You can provide an Expense Receipt Declaration (or Receipt Affidavit) for lost or misplaced required receipt images. A Receipt Declaration enables you to submit a digitally signed sworn statement instead of submitting the actual imaged receipt. Using a Receipt Declaration allows you to submit your expense report in a timely manner and comply with your company policy for receipt submittals. Follow the next steps to see how to do this.
