In the Concur Request Business Requirements Overview unit, you learned that CVI has not yet purchased Concur Travel but hopes to in the future. They have provided you with the details of their current TMCs, so you will enter the information now. You have reviewed your notes and recalled the details:

  • CZ Employees: Express Agency – cviagent@express.eu
  • U.S. Employees: Dream Business Agency – cvitravel@dreambusiness.com

Working with Travel Agency Offices

Steps

  1. Open the Travel Agency Offices Tool

    Select the Travel Agency Offices from Request Admin.

    Select Travel Agency Offices from the Request Admin tools.

  2. Create the Czech Travel Agency Office

    Select the New button to create the request.

    Select the New button.

  3. Add the Details for the Czech TMC

    Add the details by completing the name, email, editable by, and applies to fields. Select the Done button to continue.
    1. Type Express Agency into the Name field.
    2. Type cviagent@express.eu into the Email field.
    3. Select *Global from the Editable By dropdown.
    4. Select Czech Republic from the Applies To dropdown.
    5. Select the Done button.

  4. Create the U.S. Travel Agency Office

    Select the New button to create new travel agency office.

    Select the New button.

  5. Add the Details for the U.S. TMC

    Add the details for the U.S. TMC by completing the name, email, editable by, and applies to fields. Select the Done button to continue.
    1. Type Dream Business Agency into the Name field.
    2. Type cvitravel@dreambusiness.com into the Email field.
    3. Select *Global from the Editable By dropdown.
    4. Select United States from the Applies To dropdown.
    5. Select the Done button.

Result

You have added CVI's Travel Agency Offices.
