Getting Started with SAP Fieldglass Rates 2.0

Worker Rates are tipically driven by a host of reasons for an organization. Specific skill needs, location considerations, legal requirements, etc. These variables not only drive the hiring decision, but also contribute directly to the costs of the workforce. Many variables determine what an organization will pay for workers and suppliers. However these variables can add up and the structure of a rate can get complex pretty quickly. So, SAP Fieldglass has devised a new approach to managing rates called Rates 2.0. Which simplifies the creation and management of rate structures by reducing complexity, volume, and time commitment. While Rates 2.0 simplifies the structure of rates, it doesn’t sacrifice their integrity or accuracy, ensuring that organizations can still effectively manage and control their workforce costs. In this course you’ll learn about the structure and configuration of Rates 2.0 and how this new functionality provides more flexibility and efficiency compared to the legacy rate functionality. Join us to learn how SAP Fieldglass has made the configuration and management of rates easier than ever before!
