From the Admin menu, Tasha selects Custom Lookup in the Configuration section. She selects the Custom Lookup that she needs to update. SAP Fieldglass will utilize the Pick List table to determine workers' bill rates, emphasizing the necessity of keeping it current. There are two options for maintaining the table. The first is manual, which means Tasha will select Edit Pick List to initiate the process. Even in edit mode, the Pick List values are editable, so to modify a value, she only has to select a cell and update it. So to update the minimum rate for the administrator position supplied by CarryAll Consulting, she would select the cell currently containing the rate 32.58 and edit it. And she would do the same for the maximum rate. She also wants to add a new rate, so she selects the Add Values link and begins entering the new rate. The manual process is fine for minor edits or the addition of one or two new values, but to make a larger number of changes, or to add several new values, uploading through a standard connector is recommended. To do that, Tasha selects Download Data to retrieve the existing lookup table records. Once it finishes downloading, she opens the file in her preferred CSV editor, which in this case happens to be Microsoft Excel. Every record that exists in the table has a unique ID associated with it. This is important because this ID will be the unique identifier on the upload file containing all the updates. However, before she can add or edit the information, she needs to  retrieve an upload template. So she returns to the Admin menu and selects Upload Data from the Integration section. The connector she'll need to update the Custom Lookup table is the Advanced Pick List Value Upload. Once it finishes downloading, she opens the CSV file. Then she populates the upload connector with the information she needs. If she's updating information, she'll copy the data, including the records ID from the download data file she opened earlier. If she's adding new values, she'll simply add the information into the appropriate cells. No ID is required for new values. SAP Fieldglass will supply an ID when the data is uploaded and processed. When she's finished adding values to the CSV file, she'll save it  and return to the Upload Data  page of SAP Fieldglass. She'll select Choose File, find the saved upload template, and select Upload. When the data has been uploaded and processed, she can return to the Custom Lookup to see her changes.
