Working with Reusable Texts and Logos

Objectives

After completing this lesson, you will be able to:

Reusable Texts

Play the video to learn how to work with reusable texts.

When creating a new text, choose whether it is a Sender Address or a Footer in the Type field.

Choose the Add Language option to translate the text into another language.

In the Text Type field, select A (Text Application).

Note

For SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition, this is the only option.

Select the text using the input help.

Play the video to learn how to work with reusable logos.

To add a graphic, drag-and-drop a file or choose the Add button.

Enter a name and a description for the graphic.

In the Graphics Type field, select A (Logo Application).
