- Open the ‘Get Support’ application on the SAP for Me portal.
- Fill out the necessary information related to your issue.
- When offered, select the ‘Schedule an Expert’ option as seen in the figure below.
- Choose a suitable date and time for the session based on your availability and urgency of the issue.
- Confirm the appointment to finalize the booking.

Before the scheduled session, gather any relevant documents, screenshots, or additional information that might help the SAP expert understand and address your issue more effectively. Ensure that you are available at the scheduled time and have a stable internet connection for the expert session.
