Configuring SAP Cell and Gene Therapy Orchestration Subscriber Subaccount

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to demonstrate how to configure a subscriber sub-account

Create Space

When the org is created, the next step is to create the space. In the Cloud Foundry environment, the purpose of creating the space is to deploy applications and consume services.

Screenshot of SAP Cloud Foundry interface showing Spaces management. Lists a subaccount with one space named 'sub', displaying 0 started and 0 stopped applications. Org Quota shows 0 MB of 0 MB memory used and 0 of 500 services used. Options available for editing or deleting the space.

To create a space, complete the following steps:

Steps

  1. Open the subaccount you have created and navigate to Cloud foundry menu named Spaces.

  2. Choose Create Space.

  3. In the pop-up, provide the space name and choose the required roles and press create.

  4. A space is created as shown in reference image.

    Note

You can then create multiple spaces. There is no limit to how many spaces you can have within one org. Similar to subaccounts, spaces enable you to once again structure and sub-divide quota if you want to. You can do this by managing space quota plans. For more information on managing the space quota plans, refer to the following: Managing Space Quotas.

For more information, refer to standard documentation help: Managing Spaces.
