Organization-Location-Therapy Rules

In the SAP Cell and Gene Therapy Orchestration solution, this application can be found under the Master Data tab or use Manage Organization-Location-Therapy Rules in the open search section to access it.

A rule that establishes a link between source and destination organizations with respective location types, therapy categories, and therapies. This entry will be validated during the flow version confirmation. A therapy is assigned to material in Manage Material, this entry helps in establishing a relation between organization location types and therapy.

The organization location therapy rule setup starts by selecting the source organization and location type.

General Information

The target organization and location type should be selected to map the therapy category and therapy.

Therapy Categories

Therapy categories from the dropdown can be selected to setup the rule. Mapping the therapy categories from Configure Therapy Categories will make the rule applicable for all the therapies created with this therapy category.

When a new assignment entry is saved, the status is set to Active by default. At any point in time, the assignment can be deactivated by providing the right Deactivation Reason and optional comments. In the same way, deactivated entries can be activated by providing the right Activation Reason.

Therapies

Active therapies from Manage Therapy are available in the dropdown:

  • Active therapies from Manage Therapy are available in the dropdown.

  • In the same way, deactivated entries can be activated by providing the right Activation Reason.

Activation and Deactivation of an Organization

The organization location type therapy assignment rule created is set to Active by default. At any point in time, the assignment can be deactivated by providing the right Deactivation Reason and optional comments. In the same way, deactivated entries can be activated by providing the right Activation Reason.
