We will now examine how to create the SAP Intelligent Agriculture instance.
Steps
Within the newly created subaccount, select Instances and Subscriptions and choose Create on the upper right corner of the screen.
Definition of an Instance: A service instance is a single instantiation of a service running on SAP BTP. Service instances are created using a specific service plan. A service plan is a configuration variant of a service. For example, a database may be configured with various "t-shirt sizes", each of which is a different service plan. For more detailed information, refer to the following help documentation: SAP Help Portal: About Services.
Select the Service and Plan. Then select the Create button in the dialog box.
The application will now appear in the Instances and Subscriptions screen and the final status will be displayed as Subscribed if it was processed correctly.
Note
The subscription is what enables customers to access the application. At this point, SAP Intelligent Agriculture is going to create the customer database (inside an HDI container in our HANA Database). After the subscription of the app, you need to create the service broker subscription to enable the API usage.
