
Application parameters are settings that allow companies to configure system operations to fit their needs. To access Application Parameters, navigate to Setup → General → Application Parameters. Changes made to application parameters are logged in the User Actions tab of the Audit Trail.
The Application Parameters tabs provide the following options:
- General Parameters
There are general parameters that allow you to set general application options that relate to pricing, display, and interface options for different integrations and parameters.
- User Parameters
User parameters are set in the Users tab within Application Parameters. This section allows you to alter different user-related options relating to billing and shipping information, passwords, and various formatting options.
- Product Catalog
Product Catalog parameters provide you with the ability to alter different options regarding products, categories, and product operations in the catalog.
- Configurator
- Configurator parameters allow you to set specific configurator and responder options.
- Shopping Cart and Quote
- Shopping Cart and Quote parameters allow you to specify when certain quote and cart operations take effect.
- Security
- Security parameters allow you to define trusted third-party sources, like CSS and JavaScript files, images and fonts. Secure domains can also be established.
