
Unlike user types that are categorized based on their roles (as explained in the previous lesson), users are individuals with unique login details that are given access to the CPQ system.
Users can be manually added one at a time or imported as multiple users from an Excel spreadsheet using the Bulk Import/Export feature.
The Users page enables administrators to:
- View a list of all the users in the system
- Edit, copy, or delete an existing user
- Filter users by specific and advanced criteria
- Add a new user
- Select columns to be displayed on the User page using the Display Settings option.
To access the Users page, go to Setup → Users → Users.
