Exploring Partner Solutions

There is a rigorous process for SAP partners to apply for, and gain certification in their software or hardware. To gain SAP Solution Certification, third-party Certified Vendor Partners leverage SAP-endorsed technologies to develop interface software eligible for SAP certification. SAP tests the software for correct implementation of SAP-endorsed technologies and/or stability in an SAP environment, which varies based on the type of certification. After receiving certification, a partner's solution is listed in the SAP Certified Solutions Directory.

Partner-packaged solutions are built around a core foundation of SAP software that can include ERP and a variety of LoB solutions. Each packaged solution undergoes rigorous qualification by SAP, where partners must demonstrate the uniqueness of their package and their ability to deliver value. Each solution also includes:

• Partner Services: Partners showcase their unique industry or product expertise and intellectual property through specialized customization and deployment services that solve common to unique business challenges
• Partner add-ons and extensions (optional): partner-developed solutions may include an integrated add-on or solution extension that expands the functionality of SAP software, tailored to a specific vertical or industry
• Documentation: every solution is based on best practices and is documented in detail
