Let's learn how to check the completion status of an individual document in the SAP system.
Imagine you need to quickly verify if a sales order has been completed.
You can do this by using the Status Overview view in the Display Sales Order - VA03 app.
This view provides a comprehensive overview of the order status, including incompleteness information.
Suppose you need to quickly identify every missing mandatory information in your sales order.
You can easily do this by accessing the Incompletion Log within the Display Sales Order - VA03 app.
The Incompletion Log displays a list of mandatory fields that are still missing from your sales document to be considered complete.
Simply double-click on any line in the list to directly access the missing data and make the necessary edits to complete the document.
As an Internal Sales Representative, you may need to quickly identify all incomplete sales orders without having to check them individually.
You can utilize the dedicated List Incomplete Sales Documents app to accomplish this task.
