Subscription Specific Data

The image outlines the process of creating and configuring subscription products in SAP, starting from accessing the Fiori Launchpad to managing product master data and subscription-specific data, and assigning discounts and charges for use in subscription orders and contracts.

To maintain a subscription product, it must be first created in the product master using the Manage Product Master Data app. This subscription product is then extended by its subscription product-specific data using the Manage Subscription Product-Specific Data app.

The figure, Product BSU_CLOUD_SEL_SERV, shows the settings regarding the Cross Catalog Mapping for our Cloud Selection Service Product. The named SLA Parameters are linked to the CCM - Parameters.

The diagram illustrates the structure of subscription product data in SAP S/4HANA, detailing both general subscription data managed in the Product Master Data app and subscription-specific data managed in the Subscription Specific Data app. It includes elements such as basic data, distribution chains, sales, classification, configuration, charge plans, discounts/charges, resource assignment, and shared products.
