The final step in the integration project is to set up scheduled import and export jobs. You have already set up the imports and exports. As you need to run them regularly, it's inefficient to run the jobs manually. You want to import the master data and actual transaction data weekly. You decide to schedule the imports from the planning model, allowing you to schedule your weekly master data and transaction data imports from SAP Business Warehouse at once. As master data is updated before transaction data, you create your schedule to import the dimensions first, followed by the actual data import. You set up a scheduled export job as there is a requirement to have the forecast transaction data exported after the planning is complete so that reports can be run in SAP Business Warehouse.
