Objective
So far, you have imported the group reporting data from SAP S/4HANA into SAP Analytics Cloud and your team has worked on the consolidation. Now, you need to export the group reporting transaction data from SAP Analytics Cloud into the ACDOCU table in SAP S/4HANA so it can be used for subsequent consolidation tasks.

In this lesson, we cover the process of exporting transaction data from the SAP Analytics Cloud to the SAP S/4HANA ACDOCU table. The process is the same as exporting accounting data and the steps are covered in detail in the practice exercise, however, a few key points to note are highlighted below.
While group reporting master data is imported using an OData connection, the data is exported using the same SAP S/4HANA connection that is used for importing accounting master data and accounting transaction data.
For exports to SAP S/4HAHA, it is recommended to use the built-in API Service export application Group Reporting Planning Integration. This is the service for writing plan data to the ACDOCU table in SAP S/4HANA. API Subscriptions are not recommended for exporting data to SAP S/4HANA.
It is possible to set filters while mapping the data. In the example we use in this lesson, you only want to export data for 2025, so a filter is set in the Mapping.
The export cannot be edited after it is triggered.You can view the data in SAP S/4HANA in the Group Data Analysis SAP Fiori app.
