Based on the check results, the system issues warnings and may block items or entire business documents.

In Product Compliance, suppliers can be assessed, and their status can be set to indicate if they are approved or blocked. This status is used during the creation of purchasing business documents to evaluate the compliance status of suppliers for compliance-relevant products. The status of the check is indicated at both the item and header levels.

Marketability assessments are compliance checks specific to product marketability, determining if a product can be produced or sold in certain countries or regions. A marketability assessment is automatically created when a marketability requirement, assigned through a compliance purpose, is linked to a product or raw material.

The users can further collaborate on the document until it's agreed on by all the internal and external stakeholders and ready for execution through signature.
