Managing Company Policies

In category management, the Company Policies card serves as a centralized reference point for guidelines, rules, and procedures that govern procurement activities and decision-making processes. ​

Alex, the lead category manager, has the capability to upload documents that outline the ZZZ, inc.’s purchasing policies for items within a specific category. By selecting the card header, he can view, create, edit, filter, or delete a policy as needed.​

Furthermore, Alex can attach files in various formats, including PDF, DOC, DOCX, and TXT.

In this simulation, you’ll assume the role of Alex Reed, the lead category manager. Remember, with his role permissions Alex can add, edit and delete company policies.​

Alex has been assigned the task of creating the Ethical Sourcing Policy for the Purchasing department.
