Welcome to the second part of this session. This part is based on SAP S4/HANA Public Cloud designed for software providers looking to enhance their financial and commercial operations. Let's explore how SAP empowers software providers to grow and adapt in the dynamic market landscape. With the SAP portfolio for software providers with SAP S4/HANA Public Cloud in the center, we can offer a financial and commercial operations backbone for our customers that covers their key priorities of the commercial value chain. When we look at these four areas, they create a seamless integrated process. It starts with the ability to flexibly design the offering and its monetization model. Second, once a customer licenses or subscribes to an offering, the delivery of the different elements either it be digital access, physical shipment, services or project implementation services need to be orchestrated, delivered and provisioned to the customer, securing that the customer gets access to the software or service in time. In parallel, there is a need to build a customer based on the monetization model and manage-related revenue recognition requirements. Furthermore, the management of lifetime changes to the contract, subscription or entitlements need to be handled. While securing that the customer is satisfied and renews its subscription and utilizes potential upsell opportunities, and software provider companies finally need to manage the underlying financials and risks in an integrated and compliant way. With this end-to-end integrated process software providers can run their current business profitably. And perhaps even more importantly, they can grow as fast as they choose to. They can expand into new regions, add new services, and handle their offers and business models flexibly. customer. It is critical that software providers can set up their offers depending on their needs, while at the same time secure a profitable and automated operational execution. With SAP S4/HANA and integrated additional SAP solutions, companies can achieve transparency for the sales force between the opportunity and order process to know where deals are standing. When highly personalized offerings and quotes are required, these capabilities could be provided with SAP CPQ,  configure, price, and quote. And SAP S4/HANA Public Cloud with the integrated capabilities for subscription and entitlement management support the flexible setup of offering and pricing. Either it be licenses, subscriptions or consumption-based models, as well as any combinations between. After a deal was closed, companies need to secure that the services are delivered and fulfilled. The solution order triggers adjacent fulfillment process within SAP S4/HANA public business-to-consumer environment additional capabilities can be added that provide a high degree of automation and granularity in invoicing and cash management. And finally, as fourth pillar, SAP S4/HANA Public Cloud provides support for the finance processes across the software provider company which includes automation of receivables management, insights and control over cash flow, liquidity and risk management, securing that the company stays compliant and reduces risk. Furthermore, when growing the business, SAP S4/HANA Public Cloud provides capabilities to do the financial planning and do controlling while executing the organizational strategy. And it helps to achieve a higher automation while securing financial insights and close books in a compliant
