Some of these tools are included in the customer’s RISE with SAP package or their Enterprise Support for cloud editions, and some tools have an additional cost. Collectively, these tools work together to ensure the customer is adhering to Clean Core principles and therefore will be able to easily adopt future innovations into their systems.
Expert Guidance
The expert guidance from SAP and our qualified partners throughout the implementation project guides customers through each step of the process. The initial onboarding webinars delivered by an SAP Onboarding Advisor to the customer and core implementation team cover important tasks, such as provisioning and setting up SAP Cloud ALM to manage the entire implementation project, and helps to underscore the importance of maintaining a clean core. This guidance comes at the beginning of an implementation project, which is a critical time where there are often questions and initial set-up activities that must be completed.
