LNA interviews can be face to face, or if that is not possible, virtually via web conference. The duration of interviews may differ depending on the complexity of the functional area. You will need a minimum of 45 minutes to conduct interviews with each workstream lead.
Grace has scheduled interviews with the individual functional workstream leads. Review the calendar invitation Grace sends to Lars Hendricks (the functional workstream lead for logistics) that is shown below. Lars will have a good understanding of what the meeting is about, prior to attending. She will send an individual customized calendar invitation to each workstream lead.

Next, Grace will prepare for the interviews by completing the project team LNA template and considering what questions to ask during the interviews. Ideally all workstream leads have reviewed the LNA template in advance. This makes the interview meetings more efficient and allows for more details to be discussed.
