- Workstream / business leads / managers to gather business feedback regarding the learning culture
- HR to explore the key user approach / learning approaches
- IT team to discuss training system requirements and current learning approaches
- Existing training / learning department to gather feedback regarding current learning approaches and the learning culture
- Owners of learning tools for example learning management system (LMS), content authoring, AI sources to evaluate what tools can be used
