Steps
Issue Empty Returnable to Vendor through Sales order from SAP RPM to SAP S/4HANA Cloud:
Login to RPM Application, go to the Manage Returnable packaging accounts app in returnable packaging management application. Select the returnable packaging account RP15. See the Max Reorder Point Quantity, Also the Account Balance. Check under Replenishment Tab, the "last replenishment" sales order number. If the Account Balance is more (less negative) than Reorder point quantity click button "Create Replenishment" at the Top. Refresh the RPM page and check the new sales order created under Replenishment Tab, the "last replenishment". Note the sales order number.
SAP S/4HANA Cloud (EAY):
Login to EAY Tenant Open "Change Sales Order" App and open the Sales Order created in above step. You will see that sales order is created with quantity 50 (as per lot size). You need to create delivery for the entire quantity (50) , do Post goods issue. As the integration exists for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Tenant EAY <-> RPM Application. The Stock issue
Switch to SAP RPM Application to view the "Posting Documents" and check the account balance increased in Manage Returnable packaging accounts app for account RPM 15.
Navigate to the stock overview App and check the stock at the different locations.
Create inbound delivery with reference to a purchase order for the bought material from supplier. Pack the inbound delivery.
Post goods receipt.
Switch to RPM Application to view the "Posting Documents" and check the account balance increased in Manage Returnable packaging accounts app for account RPM 15.
Navigate to the stock overview App and check the stock at the different locations.
