The Error Statistics and Analysis tool is a predefined story that is used to monitor errors and warning messages, allowing you to react and address any issues that may lead to poor performance or system quality. It can be particularly helpful during deployment as the tool acts as a health check for the system.
Access the Tool
You can launch the tool by going to System → Performance → Error Statistics and Analysis as shown here.

Overview Page
The Overview page provides a statistical view of the number of error messages and warning messages at a glance, a count of error and warning messages by user, story, and model.

Backend Messages Page
The Backend Messages page allows you filter by date range, message type, model, story (resource), and user to help you monitor performance at a higher level or drill down to the details.
In this example, only error messages are displayed. You can see the Top 5 messages by model, story, and user in the top section of the page.

When you scroll down on the backend messages page, you can review message statistics by story (resource name) and affected user or by user and model.
