Navigating the Contacts Area in Supplier 360° Profiles in SAP Ariba Supplier Management

In this video, you'll learn about the components of the Contacts area in supplier 360° profiles in SAP Ariba. You must have the appropriate permissions to view supplier 360° profiles. For information about the user groups that grant access to this functionality, see the Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management Group Descriptions guide in the SAP Help Portal. You can access the Contacts area by choosing the Contacts link in the supplier 360° profile navigation bar, or by choosing More Contacts in the Summary area's Contacts panel. I'll choose the Contacts link in the navigation bar. The Contacts area shows the external and internal contacts associated with the supplier. The Supplier Manager area displays the name and email address of the primary supplier manager if one is assigned. A primary supplier manager is internal to your organization and is typically a person who is familiar with or interacts with the supplier. You can assign, reassign, or remove the primary supplier manager from here, depending on your permissions. The Contacts area lists all of the contacts for the supplier that have been added in your site. Supplier contacts are external to your organization. However, they can fill out questionnaires, participate in events, negotiate contracts, and perform other tasks in your site if they have a linked SAP Business Network account. Depending on your permissions, you can view details for any contact, add or edit a contact, delete any contact other than the primary one, and approve or deny a contact from SAP Business Network from this area. You've now seen the components of the Contacts area in the supplier 360° profile in SAP Ariba. Thanks for watching.
