You can assign any person in your organization with a user account in your site as a primary supplier manager.</p><p tabindex="0">Customer administrators in your organization can also manage primary supplier manager assignments by importing them into your site in a CSV data file. The most recent assignment, whether made manually in the supplier 360° profile or through data import, is always the current assignment.</p></div>

Managing Primary Supplier Managers in Supplier 360° Profiles in SAP Ariba Supplier Management

In this video, you'll learn how to assign, reassign, and remove a primary supplier manager in the supplier 360° profile in SAP Ariba. You must have the appropriate permissions to manage contacts in supplier 360° profiles. For information about the user groups that grant access to this functionality, see the Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management Group Descriptions guide in the SAP Help Portal. Each supplier can have one assigned primary supplier manager. You can appoint anyone in your organization as the primary supplier manager if they have a user account in your site. If the supplier doesn't currently have a primary supplier manager, choose Assign supplier manager. Search for or navigate to the name of the person you want to assign and select them. I'll search for a user by name, select them, and choose Confirm to confirm my selection. The primary supplier manager has been assigned. To change the currently assigned primary supplier manager, I'll choose the more actions icon and select Reassign. I'll search for the person I want to assign by name, select them, and confirm my selection. The primary supplier manager has been reassigned. To remove the primary supplier manager without replacing them, I'll choose the more actions icon and select Delete. I'll choose Delete to confirm that I want to remove the primary supplier manager. The primary supplier manager has been removed. You've now seen how to assign, reassign, and remove a primary supplier manager in the supplier 360° profile in SAP Ariba. Thanks for watching.
