The Certificates area of the supplier profile offers a comprehensive view of all certificates associated with a supplier gathered from approved questionnaires or questionnaire updates. Each certificate has a summary card that displays the certificate name, expiration date, and status. By opening a summary card, you can access complete certificate details, including links to download the certificate attachment and view the questionnaire where the certificate was collected.
Accessing the Certificates detail area will vary depending on whether your site uses the classic supplier 360° profile or the supplier profile summary for managing suppliers. In the classic supplier 360° profile, you access the detail area by choosing the Certificates link in the navigation bar. In the supplier profile summary, navigate to the detail area by selecting the Certificates panel.

If your site uses the supplier profile summary (NGSM-2959), the Certificates panel shows the supplier's number of valid, expiring, and expired certificates.
