Navigating the Processes Area in Supplier Profiles

<div id="content"><p tabindex="0">In the <i>Processes</i> detail area of a supplier’s profile, you can create, manage, and view miscellaneous or qualification process projects and their questionnaires.</p><div class="note"><div class="noteTitle"><span class="noteIcon"><img title="Note" src="/icons/note.svg"></span><span class="noteTitleText">Note</span></div><div class="noteBody">This area is only available if the process project feature (SM-16798) is enabled in your site.</div></div><p tabindex="0">How you access the <i>Processes</i> detail area depends on whether your site uses the classic supplier 360° profile or the supplier profile summary for managing suppliers. In the classic supplier 360° profile, you choose the <i>Processes</i> link in the navigation bar to view the detail area. The Processes Area

Managing Supplier Lifecycles with SAP Ariba Supplier Management

In this video, you'll learn about the features of the Processes detail area in supplier profiles. This area enables you to create, manage, and view miscellaneous or qualification process projects and their associated questionnaires, provided that the process project feature is enabled in your site. In the Processes detail area, you can create any type of new miscellaneous or qualification process for which you are the process initiator. You can also search for any existing processes associated with a supplier using the search bar. If the supplier has multiple processes of the same type, they'll be listed alphabetically by category name for easy navigation. Additionally, you can refine your search by applying filters such as status, owner, commodity, or decision maker. Once you find the process you're interested in, you can view its details. I'll select the modular questionnaire involved in this process to view its details. You can complete tasks assigned to you either from the process details page itself or within the Questionnaires detail area of the supplier profile. I'll choose Done to return to the previous screen. If you're a decision-maker for a particular process, you can set its status accordingly. I'll choose Done to return to the Processes detail area. If you're the project owner, you can cancel a process that's still in progress. Additionally, as an associated process initiator, you can renew any process to collect updated information or discontinue a qualification process. You've now learned about the features of the Processes area in supplier profiles. Thanks for watching.
