Navigating the Questionnaires Area in Supplier Profiles

<div id="content"><p tabindex="0">The <i>Questionnaires</i> detail area in a supplier’s profile allows you to view and manage modular questionnaires associated with the supplier. It includes a <i>Questionnaire</i> tab and a <i>Task</i> tab, where you can view project statuses and expiration dates, fill out and submit internal modular questionnaires and forms, request updates, complete tasks, and more.</p><p tabindex="0">How you access the <i>Questionnaires</i> detail area depends on whether your site uses the classic supplier 360° profile or the supplier profile summary for managing suppliers. In the classic supplier 360° profile, you choose the <i>Questionnaires</i> link in the navigation bar to view the detail area. In the supplier profile summary, you can navigate to the detail area by selecting the <i>Questionnaires</i> panel.</p><div class="note"><div class="noteTitle"><span class="noteIcon"><img src="/icons/note.svg" title="Note"></span><span class="noteTitleText">Note</span></div><div class="noteBody">If your site uses the supplier profile summary (NGSM-2959), the <i>Questionnaires</i> panel shows the name, type, and status for up to five of the supplier's modular questionnaires with the most recent updates. Managing Supplier Lifecycles with SAP Ariba Supplier Management

Learn about the features of the Questionnaires area in supplier profiles in SAP Ariba Supplier Management.

In this video, you'll learn about the features of the Questionnaires area in supplier profiles. You can view and manage modular questionnaires associated with the supplier in the Questionnaires detail area. The area includes two tabs: a Questionnaire tab and a Task tab, each providing different functions for managing and interacting with modular questionnaires. On the Questionnaire tab, you can see all the modular questionnaire projects related to the supplier, their status, and expiration dates. If applicable, you can check the overall score once answers are submitted. You can also view project details, fill out and submit internal forms if you're a recipient, and request updates or change the questionnaire recipient. If you're looking for a specific questionnaire, you can use the search and filter capabilities to refine the list. I'll open the modular questionnaire to view the project details. When a modular questionnaire project contains only an external questionnaire, viewing the project opens the questionnaire details page showing workflow progress, questions, answers, and version history. I'll choose Done to return to the Questionnaires area. For modular questionnaire projects that include internal forms, these forms do not appear on the Questionnaire tab. However, the project's key questionnaire is visible. To access an internal form within a modular questionnaire project, you can view the project's key questionnaire. Viewing the key questionnaire opens the questionnaire project details page. This page includes a Questionnaires table with the project's key questionnaire and internal forms, and a Tasks table with the project's tasks. You can view a questionnaire or form to see its details page. Likewise, viewing a task will open the task details page. I'll choose Done to return to the supplier's profile. Now that we've explored the Questionnaire tab, let's move to the Task tab. On the Task tab, you can complete To Do tasks related to questionnaires or internal forms within your assigned modular questionnaire projects and make approval decisions if you're in the approval flow. You can also view completed tasks. You've now learned about the features of the Questionnaires area in supplier profiles. Thanks for watching.
