The Questionnaires detail area in a supplier’s profile allows you to view and manage modular questionnaires associated with the supplier. It includes a Questionnaire tab and a Task tab, where you can view project statuses and expiration dates, fill out and submit internal modular questionnaires and forms, request updates, complete tasks, and more.
How you access the Questionnaires detail area depends on whether your site uses the classic supplier 360° profile or the supplier profile summary for managing suppliers. In the classic supplier 360° profile, you choose the Questionnaires link in the navigation bar to view the detail area. In the supplier profile summary, you can navigate to the detail area by selecting the Questionnaires panel.

If your site uses the supplier profile summary (NGSM-2959), the Questionnaires panel shows the name, type, and status for up to five of the supplier's modular questionnaires with the most recent updates.
