Navigating the SAP Ariba Supplier Management Dashboard

1. Dashboard tab: The dashboard is made up of a few specific areas. At the top of the page, you can access different dashboard tabs. These tabs allow you to access module-specific dashboard content as well as custom dashboards. To the right of those tabs are the Recent, Manage, and Create menus.
2. Search bar: It allows you to search by project or document type.
3. Content item: In the main area of the dashboard, you’ll see a variety of content items. These are customizable, so the options you see will likely vary.

Click a supplier’s name to open their profile

My Activities area

• Shows activities you have started
• Click the process type tiles to navigate

My Suppliers area

Shows activities for suppliers you manage

You can click the Supplier Management tab on your SAP Ariba dashboard to access the Supplier Management dashboard.

From the Supplier Management dashboard, you can:

• Search for suppliers by name; country code; ERP vendor ID (the ID assigned to the supplier by an integrated ERP system); SM ID (the ID assigned to the supplier by SAP Ariba); or supplier contact first, middle, last name, and email.
• Click any supplier's name to view their 360° profile.
• Monitor the supplier management activities you have started by clicking the process type tiles in the My Activities area.
• View the most recent activities for suppliers to which you have been assigned by buyer category assignments (the user matrix) and for who have at least one qualification, disqualification, or preferred supplier process started.
